These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Branding Warehouse UK website (brandingwarehouseuk.com) and the purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Pricing
All pricing is shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) and is exclusive of delivery costs. Prices on this website do not include VAT, and no VAT is added at checkout. Director to confirm if this clause needs to be updated based on Branding Warehouse's current VAT registration status.
All quotations issued by Branding Warehouse are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If you place an order against a quote dated more than 30 days before the order date, a fresh quotation must be requested.
2. Product Imagery
All images used on this site, social media and any other distribution channels are representations of our products. They may not directly reflect the exact look of the finished product, particularly where custom branding, materials or finishes have been specified.
3. Custom Print & Artwork
Most products in our range are made to order with the customer's branding, logo, colours or artwork. By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you have the right to use the artwork supplied and that we are authorised to print and produce items based on it.
Branding Warehouse will not be liable for any third-party intellectual property infringement arising from artwork supplied by the customer.
Director to confirm Accepted artwork file formats: print-ready PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution PNG/JPG. Minimum resolution requirements and colour modes (CMYK / RGB) to be confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed via our website, by email at sales@brandingwarehouseuk.com, or by phone on +44 7365 817 775.
Online orders placed through this website are paid in full at checkout by debit or credit card via Stripe, our secure payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major card brands supported by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page; we never see or store full card details on our own servers.
Director to confirm whether alternative payment methods (BACS bank transfer, account customers with credit terms) are also accepted for offline / repeat-business orders.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available on request.
Director to confirm Standard UK delivery timeframe: typically X working days from artwork sign-off. Express options, delivery costs by region, and international shipping arrangements to be specified.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Branding Warehouse will not be liable for any loss arising from a delay in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordering off-the-shelf, non-customised products may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Customised, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from this right.
Director to confirm Specific returns policy for faulty or damaged items: reporting window (e.g. within 7 days of delivery), photographic evidence requirements, replacement vs refund handling, and who covers return shipping.
Custom-printed items, including all branded gazebos, banners, flags, displays and any product produced to a customer's artwork, are non-refundable except where the product is faulty or materially differs from the agreed specification.
7. Intellectual Property
The Branding Warehouse name, logo, website design and all original photography and copy are the property of Branding Warehouse and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branding Warehouse's total liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount paid by you for the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Personal data submitted via this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
